## Megavaro 7-Day Return Policy


At Megavaro, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have **7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

We accept returns for most items as long as:


* They’re unused and in their original condition

* All packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are included

* You can provide your order number or receipt


Please note: Some items can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:


* Perishable goods

* Digital products or software

* Personal care or hygiene items

* Gift cards

* Clearance or final-sale items

Starting a return is easy:

2. Let us know your order number, the reason for the return, and include photos if needed.

3. We’ll review your request and send you next steps, along with a return label if required.

### 3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?


* If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping.

* For all other returns (like a change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility.

### 4. When Will I Get My Refund?


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund was approved.


Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping fees (if you paid any) aren’t refundable unless the return was due to our mistake.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to help—just let us know.
